As a "hands-on" President/CEO, Stephanie is directly involved in all aspects of New Practice Development, Consulting and other services offered by Physician Services Nationwide, LLC.

Stephanie has over 15 years of direct experience with medical practices, providing solutions to overcome the challenges of today's healthcare system.

Stephanie is originally from Owensboro, Kentucky and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. She received her degree in Health Care Administration in 1995 and has been involved in Health Care in various aspects including; administrator of a large Cardiology group; practice manager for a hospital managing 7 employed Physician practices and a rural health clinic; owning and operating her own billing company (1998-2005).

Stephanie is very familiar with how billing should be done in a private and group practice setting as well as making sure the Physician is informed about the financial aspects of his/her practice.

Stephanie has developed countless practices; both small and large for several different hospitals as well as practice assessments, account receivable cleanups, credentialing, and other consulting projects for all specialties.
Stephanie has grown her Practice setup, credentialing, and consulting divisions to a National Level.

She works very closely as an independent consultant with recruiters, CEO’s and CFO’s from various privately owned hospitals and hospital organizations, both for profit and non for profit in all aspects of Healthcare ranging from expediting a medical license for one of their recent recruits to seeing the first patient walk through the door of one of their new clinics!

Over the past twenty-nine years Mitcham has worked in numerous hospitals and free standing specialty and non specialty groups. Although holding different positions, both in the clinical and administrative settings, Mitcham currently is excited to be working with the PSN Team as an Executive Healthcare Consultant—specializing in medical management and healthcare consulting components.   

Mark holds two undergrad degrees, one in science and one in business and health administration. He is active in local and nationwide associations/forums to include:  MGMA/ACMPE; IN Group; Marketplaceleaders; Studergroup; Birkman Method and MedPac.

After business college, Amy began her fifteen-year dental career as a clinical assistant and progressed to private management. This is where she learned the “hard knocks” of the dental business. She had the great fortune of working with a wonderful mentor, a dentist who created a breeding ground for independence, extreme challenges, and a thirst for knowledge. Throughout her career she has participated in some of the country’s top dental education advancement programs. dental practices to their goals. Amy has had a tremendous and noteworthy launch into the dental consulting arena. Her past experience as a dental practice consultant with a California based company, led her to develop a unique style of management and aide dentists to awaken their own leadership abilities. She experienced taking practices through start-ups, survival, turnaround, and growth modes. Amy established herself as a force to be reckoned with in the consulting group. Her conservative approach has generated millions of dollars for dentists on shoe-string budgets. These experiences give Amy an edge as she coaches the entire dental team. She takes great pride in creating a unique business model for each dental practice. She practices a “Graduated Phase” style of management. Terri is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and has been with our companies since they originated. Terri manages every level of our credentialing department. She and her team have developed strong relationships with provider relations representatives across the Nation. From the specifics of credentialing a small practice to large scale multiple provider locations she and her team of credentialing consultants get the applications processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.   She and her team will not only complete and submit the applications, they will also review the contracts and make recommendations to Physicians before signing.  Terri realizes the importance of credentialing and by using a team approach, she ensures every angle is covered. Terri is abreast of the rules and regulations regarding non-Physician credentialing requirements (PA’s and NP’s) to Urgent Care’s. Your finances of your practice hinge upon your credentialing with the carriers be accurate, this is a part of all of our startups her team manages to provide you comfort in knowing it will be done correctly. In addition to provider credentialing and contracting, her team also does Primary Source verification for hospitals needing assistance in their credentialing department.
